Adding support for wolves

We're going to have wolves. I had bought the Malbers wolves pack with the recent spring 1/2 off sale, but it doesn't include npc or controller systems. They were just mesh and anims, so I made a wolf controller. It took me several hours because I'm not very familiar with Unreal yet. But, I'm learning fast.
